Johnson and Menaka walk out of the State Award Jury panel

Trivandrum, May.8 (NR): Music director Johnson and actress Menaka have walked out of the State Award Jury panel.

Its learned that they have decided not to be a part of the panel, owing to confusions prevailing with regard to the screening of the films.

The screenings had been rescheduled from the May 10th to the 22nd, and hence Johnson and Menaka, who had prior commitments had no other choice but to walk out.

Savitri Rajeevan and Kavalam Sreekumar have been brought in as substitutes.

With this unexpected withdrawal of two jury members, it has become almost clear, that the Stat Award declaration for the year 2010 would be later than expected.
