Khakhi roles : Prithviraj dons the uniform again

It seems Prithviraj, who had bagged the State Award recently, is cut out for cop roles. He had played a tough cop in Satyam, a corrupt cop in Vargam, a gun-happy cop in Police etc. And now, Prithviraj is donning the Khakhi in Khakhi, directed by debutante Bibin C. Prabhakar and produced by Valiyaveettil Siraaj.

The film has Mukesh too in a key role. Manasa and Meera Vasudev are the leading ladies. Jagathy Sreekumar, Nedumudi Venu, Sudheesh, P. Sreekumar, and KPAC Lalitha etc are in the cast. Bibin had earlier been an associate of prominent directors like Shaji Kailas, Ranjith and Padmakumar. Khakhi features script by T.A.Shahid and songs by the Gireesh Puthencherry-Deepak Dev team. Cinematography is by Saloo George. Shoot for Khakhi has already commenced in Kozhikode.
