Lift as a main character in 'Up and Down'

The lift in a flat with 25 floors will be one of the main characters in the movie ‘Up and Down – Mukalil Oralunde’. A major part of this investigative thriller takes place inside the lift.

T K Rajeevkumar brings to the viewers a fresh theme which is being presented in a novel way. The personal relationship between the lift operator and the users of the lift plots the story.

Indrajith, Prathap Pothan, Ganeshkumar, Rajath Menon, Baiju, Nandu, Remya Nambisan, Sruthi Menon, and master Devaraman are the nine characters who got trapped inside the lift.

Meghna Raj, Vijayakumar, Jaikrishnan, Kochu Preman are the other important cast. Produced by V Balachandran, R Karunamurthi, and Latha Kurien Rajeev under the banner of Blue Mermaid Picture Company, the script is by Sunny Joseph and Manuel George.

Camera work is by Jomon Thomas, dialogues are penned by G R Indugopan, and M Jayachandran tunes music for the lines of Rafeeq Ahmed.
