Malayalam comedian Innocent launches website

Kochi (Kerala), Nov 19 (IANS) Innocent, a popular comedian of Malayalam cinema, Sunday launched his own website as a galaxy of stars led by Mohanlal applauded him.

The site, www.innocent.sifymax.com, was formally launched by veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikkadu in the presence of film personalities, including actors like Dileep, Sidhique, Nedumudi Venu, Mukesh and Bindu Paniker.

Innocent said he was very excited to have his website which would bring him closer to his fans and help him keep in touch with them through mails and chat.

"Sifymax.com is the ideal medium for me to nurture relationships and widen my fan base while also showcasing my work to a global audience," said the star comedian who is also the president of the Association Malayalam Movie Actors.

Dedicated to the star's fans and friends, the website contains over 50 film clips featuring him.

Rib-tickling stories narrated by Innocent himself and rare pictures of Innocent with his family, list of awards bagged and photo galleries of his best films are also part of the website.

The veteran actor has starred in over 400 films, including hits including "Ramji Rao Speaking", "Vietnam Colony", "Manichitrathazha", "Kabooliwallah", "Kilukkam", "Godfather", "Devasuram" and "Mazhavilkavadi".
