Biju Viswanath, Thiruvananthapuram-based cinematographer-director, is creating a film in the Irish language. Titled Lorg (meaning 'Quest'), the film is being shot entirely in Ireland. Biju Viswanath, who had earlier directed films like Déjà vu and Mahotsav, attempts to present the history of a nation in the film through the perspective of a poet. Based on the poetic works of the renowned Irish writer Celia de Friene, Lorg attempts to depict the quest for meaning in a woman's life. The film is produced by a Company called Indibhid.

Lorg is being shot on locations in Ireland, in places like Connemara and Galway. The entire crew for the film is from Ireland. Scripted jointly by Celia and Biju Viswanath, Lorg has in the cast Irish actresses Laura Mac Carthy, Katherine Graham and Mary Murphy. The film has already finished two schedules of shooting and will be completed with just one more schedule. It will be ready for a release next summer.
