Mammootty and Shafi together for 'Venicile Vyaapaari'

Cochin, Apr.13 (NR): Shafi, who is on cloud nine with two consecutive hits - 'Marykkundoru Kunjadu' and 'Makeup Man' - would now his new film with Mammootty.

Titled 'Venicile Vyaapaari', the film would be scripted by James Albert, who had scripted films like 'Classmates' and 'Cycle'.

Mammootty would play a merchant based in Alleppey in the film. Alleppey is renowned as the 'Venice of the East'.

Shafi is all excited about the project, and says that the film would be a rollicking comedy entertainer. At the same time, it would have a touching story at its core.
