Mammootty not fit for the Bharat Award: Vinayan

Cochin, Sep.21 (NR): Director Vinayan said in an interview with an online medium that Mammootty doesn't deserve the honorary awards that he has got.

He alleged that Mammootty, who is also the Chairman of the Kairali Channel had given specific instructions that not even a song of his film 'Yakshiyum Njanum' should be screened on it.

'Only very cheap individuals would be able to do such things. One should find out how such persons have been given awards like the Bharat award and Padmabhooshan,' Vinayan said.

He also says in the interview that Mammootty has some major ego issues. Vinayan also added that all these things wouldn't be accepted by the modern generation. Click the Movie button below for more info:
