Mammootty-Ranjith combo in Malabar

Mammootty and Ranjith join hands again for Malabar after the previous hits Kayyop, Palerimanikyam, and Pranchiyettan and the Saint, all of which quite engaging due to their unique and novel presentation.

Malabar is written by Renjith and directed by G S Vijayan. Shooting is expected to begin soon.

The movie sketches the life and culture of Malabar. Mammootty does the role of the easy-going and cheerful car driver of Anoop Menon. Kavya Madhavan is the heroine of the movie.
