Mamta Mohandas gets married!

Kozhikode, Dec.28 (NR): Actress Mamta Mohandas got married to childhood sweetheart Prajith Padmanabhan today.

The wedding was held at Kadavu Resort at Kozhikode at 11 in the morning today. It was a simple event that was attended by close friends, family and relatives.

Mamta had made her debut in films in 2005 through the Hariharan directed film 'Mayookham'. She was later seen in films like 'Lanka' and 'Bus Conductor' that sand without a trace. Sathyan Anthikkad rediscovered her through his film 'Katha Thudarunnu' and ever since she has acted in a bunch of noteworthy Malayalam films.

The actress has also displayed her talents as a singer, and has crooned a few songs in South Indian films.
