'Meleparambil Aanveedu' to have a sequel!

Cochin, Dec.15 (NR): Malayalam film industry is busy producing sequel after sequel. Almost any film that has barely had a decent run at the box office is likely to plan a sequel.

However now it seems that a royal box office hit of yesteryears, 'Meleparambil Aanveedu' would soon have sequel to it.

The original film was released in 1993, and was a runway hit, and had considerably raised Jayaram's status as a saleable star in Malayalam.

The sequel would also be produced by Mani C Kappan and directed by Rajasenan. It would also have almost all the stars from the original film including Jayaram and Shobhana.

Shooting would start in February 2011.
