Minor injury to Mohanlal

Superstar Mohanlal sustained a minor injury when a mishap occurred on the sets of his forthcoming film Alibhai.

The mishap reportedly happened when Mohanlal, who is presently shooting in Chennai for the Shaji Kailas-directed film, when a gun held by another actor went off accidentally singeing the actor lightly just below his eye. Fortunately the injury was minor and after receiving first aid from a hospital close by, Mohanlal went on with the shoot. Alibhai, produced by Antony Perumbavoor, is scripted by T.A. Shahid and has Gopika as the leading lady. The film is slated to be Mohanlal's Onam release, to be pitted against Mammootty's Nasrani, directed by Joshiy and scripted by Ranjith.
