Mohanlal in Jayasurya's next

Mohanlal has reportedly committed himself to act in the next film by director Jayasurya, the son of the late playwright-cum-scenarist S.L. Puram Sadanandan.

Jayasurya had made his debut in 2007 with the Dileep-starrer Speed Track and this will be his second film. The as yet unnamed venture will be produced by K.K. Narayandas, who had earlier produced Akasham and Shakespeare MA Malayalam under the banner of Creative Teams.

The film, which reportedly is going to be one of Mohanlal's confirmed projects for 2009, will feature script penned by Jayasurya and his assistant Mahe, and will have either Kochi or Alappuzha as the prime location. It's heard that Ouseppachan will be the music director for the film. More details about the film's title, cast and story line are awaited.
