Mohanlal not happy with Karthika Thirunal?

Reports were streaming in recently that the T.S. Suresh Babu-directed Mohanlal-starrer Karthika Thirunaal Karthikeyan would start rolling in April. But now it is heard that the superstar, who obviously is not happy that his super-hero films are all turning out to be flops, has decided against the Suresh Babu film. Rumour is rife that the star is unhappy with the script and the subject, which are said to be routine stuff, and that he has told the director who made hits like Kottayam Kunjachchan and Kizhakkan Pathrose as well as a number of flops, to either come up with something good or else wait for sometime.

Karthika Thirunaal Karthikeyan was supposed to have three heroines, with Padmapriya, Parvathy Melton and Namitha likely to form the trio. It was also to see the coming together of four lyricists (O.N.V.Kurup, Sreekumaran Thampy, Shibu Chakravarthy and Chunakkara Ramankutty) and four music composers (M G Radhakrishanan, Alex Paul, Alphonse and Deepak Dev). Anyway, if reports are to be believed, the project is put on hold at least for the time being, and Mohanlal is getting ready for the B.Unnikrishnan-directed Maadambi
