Mohanlal not to have an Onam release this year

Cochin, Jun.14 (NR): Fans of Megastar Mohanlal could be disappointed, since their favorite star would not have a release for Onam this year.

Earlier it was expected that Mohanlal's new film to be directed by Sathyan Anthikkad would be the star's Onam release.

However, now it seems that Sathyan has demanded that he be provided with more time, and hence its unlikely that this film would make it to the theatres for the festive season.

Sathyan Anthikkad's new film would star Padmapriya and Sheela along with Mohanlal. The film would be the directed by Sathyan himself.
