Mohanlal to be 'Alexander the Great'

Alexander the Great, the film in which Mohanlal is joining hands with director Murali Nagavalli (who had made his debut as an independent director with Wanted, in which Mohanlal had played a key role), is likely to start rolling by February next year.

To be produced by VBK Menon, Alexander the Great will have Mohanlal playing Alexander, a man with diverse qualities.

An interesting thing about the film is that Mohanlal will not be having any heroine opposite him, and Siddique, Jagathy Sreekumar and Innocent would be the other key players.

Scripted by debutante C. Balu, Alexander the Great will feature songs penned by Gireesh Puthencherry and set to tune by Illaiyaraja. Mumbai and Dubai would be the prime locations for the film.
