MT to script Karuna for Mohanlal

Cochin, Oct.23 (NR): M T Vasudevan Nair would script Kumaranasan's renowned work 'Karuna' for Mohanlal.

Harikumar who had directed Mammootty's 'Sukrutham' would direct the film.

While Mohanlal would play Upagupthan, Harikumar hasn't been able to identify an actress to play Vasavadatta.

Mohanlal and MT had worked together for several films even earlier like 'Panchagni', 'Uyarangalil', 'Rangam', 'Adiyozhukkukal', and 'Aalkootathl Thaniye'.
