'Munthiripookkalude Athithi' rechristened as 'Aagathan'

Cochin, Sep.11 (NNR): Director Kamal has started the shoot of his new film 'Aagathan' at Ootty on September 4. The film that was earlier titled as 'Munthiripookkalude Athithi' has Dileep in the lead role.

Dileep plays an IT professional by the name of Gautham Menon in the film. Kamal and Dileep had last worked together for 'Pachakuthira'.

'Aagathan' has been scripted by Kalavoor Ravikumar. Charmi would be the heroine of this film, which initially had Mamta Mohandas in her place.

The film also marks the coming together of two great actors; Sathyraj and Zarina Wahab. Zarina was last seen in Malayalam in Mahesh's 'Calendar'.

The film would also be shot at Bangalore, Kashmir and Coorg.
