Remya Nambisan who has now become a crowd puller as an actor, singer, and dancer, revealed in an interview that her greatest wish was to be a singer.

Remya was into music at the age of two, but due to several reasons, she could not complete it. Then she turned to dance and from there to the screen.

She made her debut as a playback singer for P Balachandran’s ‘Ivan Megharoopan’ under the famous music director Sarath. The song is “Andalonde…”. The lyrics are by Kavalam Narayana Panicker. Her second song was “Vijanasurabhi…” which was penned by Rafeeq Ahmed and tuned by Rahulraj. This was for the movie ‘Bachelor Party’ directed by Amal Neerad.

Remya gained popularity as a singer with her third song “Muthuchippi…” for Vineeth Sreenivasan’s musical love story ‘Thattathin Marayathu’.

She will also sing a song for the tunes set by Jayachandran. This is for the upcoming movie ‘Up and Down, Mukalil Oralunde’ directed by T K Rajeevkumar.
