Navya gets busier in tamil

Looks like Malayalam filmdom will have to write off Navya Nair, who was an integral part of hits like Nandanam, Kalyanaraman, Kunjikoonan etc. She is not seen much these days on the Malayalam screen. She has a powerful role in Kavyam, but apart from that there's nothing else in the works for her as far as Malayalam cinema is concerned. She seems to be concentrating more on Tamil at least for the moment.

Navya, who made her debut in Tamil with Azhagiya Theeye, went on to do Aadum Koothu and Mayakannadi. She has now finished the Jayaraj-directed Sila Nerangalil, which is soon to be released, and will soon be finishing Ettappan and Raaman Thediya Seethai.

The latest news is that Navya has signed on for yet another Tamil film, Aval Tamizharasi, to be scripted and directed by Meera Kathiravan. This heroine-oriented film is to be produced by Moser Films. Seems Navya is all set to make it big in Kollywood with these films. Here's hoping she'll make a comeback in Malayalam as an even more accomplished actress. All the best, Navya!
