Nithin Ramakrishnan to go to Kollywood

Nithin Ramakrishnan, who created a record of sorts directing a film at the age of 18, is all set to go to Kollywood too. The maker of Apoorva takes to Tamil with Kathal Thozhi, which will have Vimala Raman in a key role. Satheesh, who made his debut with Kulir 100 Degrees, is the hero, while debutante Archana is the heroine.

It's reported that the shoot for the film has commenced. The buzz is that Kathal Thozhi, which is a love story featuring high school students, is the remake of Apoorva, which was released a few months back. It should be remembered that Nithin Ramakrishnan had also made some short films.
