No faith in the AMMA disciplinary committee: Thilakan

Alappuzha, Feb.28 (NR): Actor Thilakan feels that the AMMA disciplinary committee meeting might turn out to be a trap.

Thilakan made this clear after inaugurating the protest march organized by the MACTA federation at Alappuzha.

He also said that Mammootty's statements suggesting that the issues that Thilakan had with AMMA would be solved, were not clear. This is because Mammootty has not specified how the problem could be solved.

Thilakan said that he has been asked to present himself before the disciplinary committee of AMMA on March.1st. He also said that he fears that AMMA has already taken the decision that it wants to take and that the disciplinary committee has been convened to oust him from AMMA.

Thilakan made clear that he has not yet decided if he would appear before the disciplinary committee especially since there was nobody in the committee who was qualified enough to gather evidence from him.

"I still fear there is danger to my life," the actor concluded.
