No sequel to Punjabi House

Cochin, Sep.28 (NR): Recently the industry was abuzz with reports that a sequel to the hit film 'Punjabi House' was in the offing.

However, now it seems that the project would never be made. Directors Rafi and Mecartin who have busy with scripting the film have decided that they would not make a sequel.

It is sadi that the announcement of Vaishakh's 'Mallu Singh' that has Prithviraj in the lead role had led Rafi and Mecar4tin to back out of the project.

The script writers would however be scripting a new film for Prithviraj instead that would be directed by newcomer Fasil. Howly Pottur would produce the film.
