Not active in films because of superstar supremacy: K G George

Cochin, Mar.6 (NR): Renowned director K G George who has not created a film after 'Elavankodu Desam' in 1998, says he is not active in films any more because of the superstar supremacy.

K G George had earlier gifted us with several wonderful films as Panchavadi Palam, Adaminte Variyellu, Lekhayude Maranam Oru Flashback, Yavanika, Kolangal, Mela, Ulkatal and Swapnadanam.

The Kerala Film Development Corporation Chairman said that the quarrel between actors that was currently on was extremely unfortunate. Mammootty, Mohanlal, Thilakan; everyone has changed. This is not the way they should go, George said.

George also said that he was not very sure if he would mediate in the matter even if given an opportunity. It would merely ruin relations.

The Corporation Director K. Ayyappan said that if a situation arose, they would mediate in the talks with the permission from the Government.
