Of the people heroine to get a new name

Jayaraj's forthcoming film, Of the People, the third in his series beginning with For the People, is eagerly awaited for. The film features a bunch of debutantes in all departments and one of the debutantes, the heroine Anjali, is reportedly changing her name.

Anjali, who had earlier appeared in many television commercials, is making her debut as a heroine with Of the People and this young actress has now decided to change her name to Devipriya. This is because she has now come to realize that there are lots of Anjali's around in filmdom and so it could cause all sorts of confusion. Very reasonable thought indeed!

Anyhow, Anjali, now Devipriya, pins all hopes on Of the People, because if the film repeats the success of For the People, her career could take a leap from here. Here's wishing Anjali turned Devipriya all success in her acting career.
