Paathiraamanal: Prithvi again with Padmakumar

Cochin, June.22 (NR): Prithviraj and director M. Padmakumar are all set to team up once again in 'Paathiraamanal', to be produced by Shaji Natesan under the banner of Barbo Films.

Prithviraj had played the lead in the first three films by Padmakumar, namely 'Ammakilikoodu', 'Vargam' and 'Vaasthavam'. It was after 'Vaasthavam' that Padmakumar had teamed up with Mammootty to deliver 'Parunthu', which however turned out to be a flop.

'Paathiraamanal' will be Padmakumar's fifth film. Though the cast including the heroine is yet to be finalized, it's reported that the film will have Kalabhavan Mani, Nedumudi Venu, Murali, Suraaj Venjaramoodu and Manikuttan in key roles. To be scripted by Babu Janardhanan, 'Paathiraamanal' will feature cinematography by Manoj Pillai, lyrics by Gireesh Puthencherry and music by Sharreth.
