Police registers case against Thilakan

Malappuram,Apr.22 (NR): The Pandikkatt police have registered a case against actor Thilakan, who was involved in an accident yesterday, that had resulted in the death of two children.

A card driven by Thilakan had rammed into an auto rickshaw killing the two kids inside the rickshaw. The actor who suffered minor injuries, was also admitted to the ICU of a local hospital, after he complained of chest pain.

Unconfirmed reports say that a case has been registered under sections 304 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code, suggesting reckless driving.
