'Pramaani' censored; granted a clean 'U' certificate

Trivandum, Mar.23 (NR): 'Pramaani', the Mammootty film directed by B Unnikrishnan has been censored and granted a clean 'U' certificate.

The pre-release reports of the film are very encouraging, and its being said that Mammootty has done the title role with great elan.

The film that has been scripted by the director himself, tells the story of a Panchayat and the corrupt Panchayat President palyed by Mammootty. Prabhu has also been cast in a key role as Mammootty's childhood friend. Sneha plays the heroine.

The cinematography of the film is by Shamdutt, music by M Jayachndran and lyrics by the late Girish Puthencherry.

Produced by B C Joshey, 'Pramaani' is a Playhouse release that would grace the screens on the 26th of March.
