Prithvi and Ashiq Abu together for 'The Coastguard'

Cochin, May.1 (NR): Barely a day after announcing his next project ' The Gangster' starring Mammootty, Ashiq Abu has already made clear his next plan.

After 'The Gangster', he would be doing a film with Prithviraj in the lead, called 'The Coastguard'.

'The Coastguard' would feature the young superstar in the role of a coast guard who is ready to sacrifice his life for the country. The film though, insists Abu would be a romantic thriller and not an action thriller, as the title suggests.

The actress who would play Prithvi's romantic interest in the film has not yet been decided.

'The Coastguard' would be shot on locations at Lakshadweep. The rest of the crew and cast is being finalised.
