But for quite some time, this maker of many popular movies has kept himself away from Mollywood for diverse reasons and concentrated on Hindi. In that context his return to roots is news indeed.

It's heard that this highly popular director, who has been making hits in Bollywood, is gearing up for making a film on home turf. And if reports are to be believed, the film would be one with Priyan's dear friend Mohanlal in the lead role. And the film is going to be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirwad Cinemas.

The biggest news that is being heard about the project is that it would be M.T. Vasudevan Nair who is penning the script. A rather heady combination for sure.
