'Puthiya Mukham' release put off due to rains

Cochin, July.22 (NR): The heavy rains that lashed across the State (with special fury in the northern districts of Kerala) disrupted normal life to a great extent. It had its impact on the film industry as well.

The makers of 'Puthiya Mukham', the Diphan-directed Prithviraj-Priyamani-Meera Nandan starrer, were forced to put off the release of the film for a week. The film, which was to be released on Friday, July 17, will now be released on July 23.

In the mean time the Dipu-directed 'Winter' with Jayaram and Bhavana in the lead, which had been lying in the cans for about four years, finally hit the screens last week and is eliciting mixed response. 'Puthiya Mukham', produced by Anil Mathew and S. Murugan under the banner of Bethesda Productions will be brought to the theatres by Time Ads Release. Click the Movie button below for more info:
