R Sarath's 'The Desire' to hit the Indian screens

Cochin, July.27 (NR): Renowned Malayalam film director R Sarath, who had crafted the Hindi - Chinese bilingual film 'The Desire' is glad that his film will finally grace the Indian screens!

The film has already had a dream run at festivals across the world, and has been much appreciated as well. The much critically acclaimed film dwells on the lesbian love between an Odissi dancer and a Chinese painter.

'The Desire' stars Shilpa Shetty and Xia Yu in the lead roles. It had bagged the award for the Best Narrative Feature Film, at the Geneva International Film festival held in 2011. Click the Movie button below for more info:
