'Sagar alias Jackie' on March 26

Cochin, March.21 (NR) : The Amal Neerad-directed 'Sagar Alias Jackie', one of Mohanlal's most eagerly awaited films in recent times, is all set to hit screens on March 26, as per latest reports. (There is also the buzz that the film is releasing a day later on March 27).

Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirwad Cinemas, 'Sagar Alias Jackie' has Mohanlal in the title role, while Bhavana and Shobhana lead the females in the cast.

Scripted by S.N. Swamy, the film features cinematography by Amal Neerad himself (the SRFTII alumnus, for whom 'Sagar Alias Jackie' is his second directorial venture). The film also has in the cast Suman, Jagathy Sreekumar, Nedumudi Venu, Manoj K. Jayan, Ganesh, Vinayakan, Baiju, Sumeeth, Sreeraman etc. Pranav, Mohanlal's son too is acting in the film. 'Sagar Alias Jackie' is reportedly going to be one of the most stylishly made films in Malayalam and is expected to make a big impact at the box office.
