'Sakudumbam Shyamala' is heroine oriented: Urvasi

Cochin, July.20 (NR): Urvasi, who was last seen in Jeethu Joseph's 'Mummy and Me' would now be seen in an author backed role again in 'Sakudumbam Shyamala'.


The actress who has made a very powerful comeback into Malayalam films says that her new film has a heroine oriented subject.


'This was a film that I had committed long back. In fact, I was supposed to do this before 'Mummy and Me'. However it got postponed due to various reasons. This film gives much importance to its female characters, and this had added to its importance,' revealed Urvasi to a prominent daily.


'Sakudumbam Shyamala' has been scripted by Krishna Poojappura and has been directed by Radhakrishnan Mangalath.


Along with Urvasi, the film also has Saikumar, Kunchcko Boban, Bhama, Jagadeesh and Suraj Venjarammoodu in key roles. Click the Movie button below for more info:
