Samudrakani's Mohanlal film to start soon

Cochin, Aug.23 (NR): Tamil actor-director Samudrakani's debut directorial venture in Malayalam, that would have Mohanlal playing the lead role, is expected to commence soon.

It is expected that the Samudrakani-Mohanlal film will start its shoot by January 2012.

Its learned that the film would be a social satire with plenty of humor and loads of sentiments - in fact, the right kind of Mohanlal film that family audiences would fall in love with.

Samudrakani is currently busy shooting his Tamil film 'Poraali' that has Sasikumar in the lead. He would start working on his Malayalam film, once the shoot of 'Poraali' is complete.
