Shaji gives a role to Congress rebel leader

Kochi, Sep 25 (IANS) Director Shaji Kailas has kept the promise he had made to rebellious Congress leader Rajmohan Unnithan by giving him the role of the chief minister in his upcoming film "Tiger".

The firebrand director had earlier signed the politician for the villain's role in his film "Brand Brahmanand" opposite Mammootty about a year and a half ago. But the project was shelved, as differences cropped up between the star and the director.

The politician is reported to be happy to get a positive role in "Tiger", which is expected to be released during Christmas.
