Shajoon Karyal to make 'Talkies' with Mohanlal

Cochin, Oct.15 (NR): Mohanlal would play a theatre owner in Shajoon Karyal's new film titled 'Talkies'.

The director and actor are joining hands after their hit 'Vadakkunnathan' that hit the screens a few years back.

The film would tell the story of a group of people who live in a small hamlet called Raman Thuruth. Mohanlal would play Raveendranathan Nair, an owner of a theatre called 'Kamala Talkies', that serves as the sole source of entertainment for the people who lived there.

The film would be scripted by T.S.Suresh Babu.
