Simran to file case against producer

Simran coming back to Malayalam once again with Heartbeats was news. But now, after the film has been released and has bombed, the actress is creating news in another way, by coming up against the makers of the film. Simran is up in arms against the producer and the director for having portrayed her as an AIDS patient in the film, and that too without her knowledge or consent. She has even threatened to initiate legal proceedings against the makers of Heartbeats.

Simran had had differences of opinion with producer Jolly Joseph (who also did the story for the film) and director Vinu Anand while the shoot was in progress, and had even reportedly walked off once. She is now thinking of filing a suit against the makers for having distorted her character contrary to prior agreement, thus resulting in the tarnishing of her image. The director and the producer haven't yet commented on the issue.
