Superstars are like charcoals: Thilakan

Paripally, Jan.5 (NR): Thilakan has accused the superstars of being the root cause behind all the problems in the industry. He referred to them as charcoals.

"The superstars feel that the future of the industry depends on them. The new generation is still enamored by the films of cinematic legends like Sathyan and Prem Nazir, but they pay little attention to the new films," Thilakan said.

Thilakan was speaking at the Award Ceremony of the All Kerala Drama Competition organised by the Paripally Samskara Arts Society.

Thilakan also said that he was planning a return to drama in an age when drama itself is dying.
