Suresh Gopi teams up with Muktha

Suresh Gopi Teams up with Muktha in Heylassa, a film directed by Taha, in which the actress for the first time gets to be a full-fledged heroine.

Muktha, who first appeared on the silver screen in Achchan Urangaatha Veedu, was one of the two heroines in Goal, directed by Kamal. Though she had meaty roles in several other films, it is in Heylassa that she for the first time gets to do the role of the leading lady all by herself. She plays the role of a girl called Shalini in the film.

Heylassa's cast also includes Thilakan, Vijayaraghavan, Cochin Haneefa, Sooraj Venjaramoodu, Lalu Alex, Bhiman Raghu, Tony, Machan Varghese, P Sreekumar, Shobha Mohan etc. The script for the film is written by the director himself in association with Saji Damodaran. Vipin Mohan does the cinematography for the film, and PC Mohan does the editing. The lyrics for the songs are penned by Shibu Chakravarthy, Anil Panachooran and Rajeev Aalumkal, and set to tune by Ouseppachan. Heylassa is being produced by Jagadeesh Chandran under the banner of Kichu Films.
