T K Rajeev Kumar to direct 'Rathinirvedam'

Cochin, July. 8 (NR): T K Rajeev Kumar whose latest film 'Oru Naal Varum' would hit the theatres on the 9th of July, is already on to his next project.

This time he intends to remake the hit film 'Rathinirvedam'.

The film that was originally a Bharathan-Padmarajan creation had remained much controversial for its bold theme.

The remake would be produced by Suresh Kumar who had recently produced another remake; that of 'Neelathamara'.

The director is currently on the lookout for an actress who could essay the role of Radu chechi that was done to perfection by Jayabharathi.
