T V Chandran starts 'Purathekkulla Vazhi'

Cochin, Jan.14 (NR): The shooting of T V Chandran's 'Purathekkulla Vazhi' commenced recently. The film is based on Kakkanadan's short stories.

The shooting of the film started with Kakkanadan himself, who appears as himself in the film. The scenes were shot at the writer's residence in Kollam.

Madhu Ambat is the cinematographer of this film, that in the director's own words, is a 'tribute to the great writer'.

The next schedule of the film would start in July. Jayaram would take part in this schedule that would be shot at locations in Kuttanad and Delhi.
