Kochi, March 18 (IANS) "Udayananu Tharam" and "Achuvinte Amma" keep their hold on Malayalam film music charts.

1. "Penne En Penne": Film: "Udayananu Tharam"; Music: Deepak Dev; Lyrics: Kaithapram; Singers: Afsal and Shalini Singh.

The popularity of the film has given added mileage to the songs with people making a beeline for the audio.

2. "Shwasathin Thaalam": Film: "Achuvinte Amma"; Music: Ilaiyaraja; Lyrics: Gireesh Puthenchery; Singers: Yesudas and Manjari.

A number by Yesudas and young singer Manjari is appealing to the youth with its good picturisation.

3. "Karale Karalinte": Film: "Udayananu Tharam"; Music: Deepak Dev; Lyrics: Kaithapram; Singers: Vineeth Sreenivas and Remi Tomy.

The distinct 1960s-70s-style song works well for this film-within-a-film story.

4. "Chanjadiyaadi": Film: "Makalkku"; Music: Ramesh Narayan; Lyrics: Kaithapram; Singers: Adnan Sami and Gayatri.
