'Udayon' - Mohanlal in double role

It looks like Mohanlal is going to be busy for the next 2 years. He has 7 or 8 major projects lined up and Bhadran's "Udayon" is one of them. And in "Udayon" Malayalees get to watch two Lals. This is the second time Mohanlal acting in double role. Even though Bhadran's earlier two films "Vellithira" and "Olympian Anthony Adam" failed in the boxoffice, Bhadran-Lal combination is always a crowd puller in Kerala. Tamil actress Sneha is the heroine.

Kavya in "Annorikkal"

The talented actress Kavya Madhavan is trying her luck in an offbeat movie named "Annorikkal", directed by Sharathchandran Wayanad. She is playing the role of Ponnu, an uneducated village girl struggling for her survival in the man's world. Kalabhavan Mani, Ambika, Murali, Vijayaraghavan, Mamukoya are the other cast.

Nadia Moidu returns to Malayalam?

It looks like Nadia Moidu is celebrating her second arrival. Her comeback movie in Tamil "M.Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi" was one of the major hits of 2004. If the rumors are true, she is going to be seen in Fazil's next project.

Venu Nagavally to direct Mohanlal

After a short gap Venu Nagavally is directing a Mohanlal movie named 'Kottaram. This is their eighth project together.

There were numerous hits from Lal-Venu combination like ‘Sukhamo Devi’, ‘Sarvakalasala’, ‘Kizhakkunarum Pakshi’, ‘Ayitham’, ‘Aye Auto’ and ‘Lal Salam’. As usual Cherian Kalpakavady is handling the script. Kiridam Unni is producing the film for Kripa Films.
