Unknown assailants smash Ali Akbar's car

Kozhikode, June.28 (NR): A group of unknown assailants pelted stones at Ali Akbar's car that was parked at his residence. The car was smashed in the attack.

Ali Akbar accused that the people who were behind the attack were members of the Kerala Congress (B) party. He said that he had been threatened by them even before.

However the Party Chairman R Balakrishna Pillai dismissed the allegations as baseless. He also insisted that the police should immediately nab the culprits whoever they are.

Ali Akbar was about to start the shoot of his film 'Achan' with Thilakan in the lead role.
