Unni Mukundan joins 'Pathiramanal' cast

Cochin, Jan.16 (NR): In a surprising turn of events, Unni Mukundan has joined the cast of Padmakumar's 'Pathiramanal'.

The film was originally conceived with Prithviraj in the lead role. Jayasurya later walked in, and even completed a schedule, when his injury brought things to a halt.

Now it seems that Jayasurya has expressed an inability to give the film his dates again, and the director plans to move ahead with the project with Unni in the lead.

The film had Jayasurya playing dad and son, and the portions involving the character of the dad are complete. Now Unni would join as his son in the film. Surprising, indeed! Click the Movie button below for more info:
