'Vande Mataram' to release on Republic Day

Cochin, Dec.9 (NR): Mammootty's 'Vande Matharam' that has been much delayed will finally see the light of the day on Republic Day.

The bilingual directed by debutante Aravind has been in the news for long, on account of several reasons. Mammootty plays a CBI Officer in the film, while Tamil star Arjun plays a cop.

The film chronicles the fight against terrorists by these two brave officers. Sneha plays the female lead in the film that also has Jai Akash in an important role.
