Venu Nagavally would be dearly missed!
Sep 9, 2010 NRTrivandrum, Sep.9 (NR): Renowned actor, director and script writer Venu Nagavally passed away at a private hospital at Trivandrum early today morning. He was 61.
Venu Nagavally made his debut as an actor in K G George's 'Ulkadal' in 1978. He later donned the role of the dejected lover in several films like 'Shalini Ente Kootukari', 'Meenamasathile Suryan' and 'Chillu'.
Venu later on went to script writing from acting through the film 'Ee Ganam Marakkumo'. He scripted several other successful films like 'Kilukkam', 'Aham', 'Artham', 'Vishnu' and 'Gayatridevi Ente Amma'.
His career as a director was launched with 'Sukhamo Devi'. Several blockbusters like 'Rakthasakshikal Zindabad', 'Sarvakalashala', 'Ayirappara', 'Aye Auto' and 'Agnidevan' followed.
His last film was 'Bharya Swantham Suhruthu' that released lasy year.
The multifaceted personality would be dearly missed.
