Vikram to be Kunjali Maraikar

Cochin, Oct.31 (NR): Vikram had always said that the actor is willing to act in Malayalam films, provided a good offer came his way.

And now it seems, that the actor has finally bagged an offer that is worth the wait. The much sought Tamil superstar would be seen in the title role in a film titled 'Kunjali Maraikar'.

This film would be directed by Salim Ahmed, who had directed the much acclaimed film 'Adaminte Makan Abu'.

Salim says that his portrayal of the life of the brave hero would be realistic to the core. Earlier Jayaraj had planned a film on Maraikar, with Mohanlal in the lead, but the project was later dropped. Click the Movie button below for more info:
