We need to have different themes: Blessy

Cochin, Sep.17 (NR): Director Blessy, whose new film 'Pranayam' graced the theatres this Onam, says that what we need in Malayalam films is refreshingly new themes!

Blessy says that gone are the days when you could make films run on the merit of the star status of super stars.

He also added that he decides to make a film, only when he comes across a theme that he feels is different. Or else, he would just stop the job.

Blessy said that he is seriously contemplating the filming of 'Aadujeevitham'. It was earlier reported that Prithviraj would do the lead role in the film, though later the film was dropped after a similar theme was discussed and appreciated in Kamal's 'Gadhama'.
