A film featuring 10 directors in making

As many as ten Kollywood directors are featured in a Tamil film titled "Mayandi Kudumbathar". It is directed by Rasu Madhuravan, who has also written the story.


This is the first time ten directors are joining together and starring in a film.


According to Madhuravan, the story is based a real life incident that took place at Anappatti near Madurai Shozhavandan.


The names of the directors acting in this film are given as Seeman, Tharungopi, Jagannath, Ravimaria, Nanda Periyasami, Manivannan, G.M. Kumar, Senthamizhan, Singapuli and Azhagam Perumal.


New heroines from Kerala are among the members of "Mayandi Kudumbathar".


Music is by Sabesh-Murali. Bharani handles the camera.


The film is made under the banner of Annamalai Films, the producers of "Vedigundu Murugesan" in which Pasupathy plays the hero.


The shooting began in the middle of September. The plan was to complete the film in 65 days in one schedule.
